ORDERING:
You may place an order through our online checkout
system by using PayPal, a secure online transaction.
Your information is protected by SSL with an encryption
key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially
available). PayPal does not share your financial
information with Beach Bride, which provides you with an
additional layer of security.
It’s easy to pay for your
purchase by using PayPal on our site. At checkout, you
will be taken to PayPal's secure website to complete the
transaction where your credit card number or banking
information will not be provided to Beach Bride.
Due to the possibility of
fraud, a confirmed shipping address is required before
your order will be processed. A confirmed address is an
address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be
safe based on information related to the address. For
example, a credit card billing address is confirmed
because PayPal can check that the address is the same as
the address on file at the credit card company.
Orders are automatically
processed immediately through PayPal upon checkout.
Prices shown are in U.S. currency. California tax of
7.75% will be applied to all orders placed within
California.
You will be sent an email
with the tracking information when your order ships.
DELIVERY:
To help keep our prices affordable, we do not maintain a
large inventory. We special order most items directly
with the manufacturer at the time you place your order.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee all items will be
immediately available.
Orders are processed on
an as received basis and may take 1-2 business days to
confirm. A high number of orders placed over the weekend
may add an additional day to the processing time.
- If we have the
item(s) in stock, you can expect delivery in about
3-10 days after we send you a confirmation email,
depending on carrier transit time.
- If the item(s) are
not in stock, your order will generally be delivered
within 2-3 weeks after confirmation, unless the
item(s) are on backorder at the factory.
- If items are
backordered at the factory, it may take 6-12 weeks
for delivery. If this is the case, we will notify
you to see if you wish to wait, change or cancel
your order.
Inventory and style
changes at the factory are beyond our control and it may
not be possible to fill your order if a dress has been
discontinued. We do try to stay informed of these
changes and will update the website accordingly, but
occasionally this does happen. In the rare case this
does occur, you will receive a 100% refund and we will
notify you as soon as possible.
Beach Bride is not
responsible for packages after they have been shipped to
the customer. All packages are insured with delivery
confirmation. An email with a tracking number will be
sent to the customer when their order has been shipped.
If packages need to be
picked up at the post office, it is the customer's
responsibility to do so. All orders returned to us due
to neglect, customer error, or package refusal will
incur a 25% restocking fee with the balance refunded to
the customer. If a customer desires a package that has
been returned to us for any reason, it will be their
responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping the
order.
Please email us using our
electronic inquiry form or email us directly at
info@beachbrides.com if you have a very short
timeframe and need a rush delivery. We will respond as
soon as possible to let you know if the order can be
filled within that timeframe. Every effort will be made
to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee
delivery by a certain date.
SHIPPING:
Our standard method of shipping is U.S. Postal Service
Priority Mail. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding
holidays), subject to product availability. Shipping
time begins from the time your order is actually shipped
to you, not when we receive your order. For your
security, we only ship merchandise to the billing
address of the credit card. Insurance and tracking fees
are included in the shipping cost.
At this time, we do not
provide shipping to locations outside the USA, except
for APO/FPO military addresses.

All shipments include
Tracking, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Delivery
is usually within 3-5 business days.
Email us if you are
interested in a rush delivery. We will have to verify
inventory availability before we can offer this or quote
a price.
We reserve the right to
increase shipping rates as necessary, depending on the
weight and destination and may substitute any shipping
method that will expedite an order more efficiently.

The formal wear industry
generally has a no exchange, no return policy. But, we
want you to be happy with your purchase and satisfied
with your dress on your special day. We encourage you to
measure carefully before ordering to be sure you have a
good fit the first time, but we are happy to accept
returns for exchange with a 25% restocking fee.
Please be aware that the
dress factories do not accept returns from retailers.
Even though Beach Bride will accept exchanges and
returns from our customers, we cannot return this
merchandise to our suppliers. Returns increase our
costs, so keeping them to a minimum helps us keep our
prices low.
Remember, these dresses
may not be sized the same as your regular clothing, so
don’t order a certain size because that’s what you
normally wear. Most of the dresses are made for someone
around 5'8", so if you are shorter, you may need to make
adjustments. Keep in mind that most dresses do not fit
perfectly without a little help and you should be
prepared to do some alteration for the best fit, just
like you would with any bridal wear, except these
dresses will be much less expensive to alter.
The dresses cannot be let
out, but they can be taken in if necessary. So, by
ordering a dress to fit your largest measurement you can
be assured that the dress you select can be fitted to
meet your other measurements that may not be the same as
indicated on the size chart. (For example, if the size
chart shows SMALL 37-28-38 and MEDIUM 39-30-40, and your
measurements are 39-27-39, you should order a MEDIUM to
fit the bust, and alter the rest to fit if needed).
Have someone help you
take your measurements with a tape measure to make sure
you order the correct size. Every manufacturer has their
own unique sizing chart, which is located on the same
page as the item, along with the detailed description.
If you find you need to return or exchange a dress
because you ordered the wrong size, there is a 25%
restocking fee per item. If the size you need to
exchange for is not available, you will be given a store
credit to redeem for another style, minus the restocking
fee. The original shipping charges will not be refunded
and you will also be charged again for the cost to ship
the new item to you. Measuring and ordering correctly
will help save you time and money.
These are seasonal
fashion items and the 25% restocking fee covers the
costs incurred when we reorder the item you wish to
exchange for, processing fees, and the possibility that
we may not be able to resell the item being returned. We
cannot return items to the manufacturer, so exchanges
and returns can overstock our inventory. As styles
change, it may be necessary to place overstocked items
on clearance.
CANCELLATION:
When we receive an order, it is immediately placed with
our suppliers. Any order cancelled after the supplier
has shipped to us will be subject to a 25% restocking
fee. If we have already shipped the item to the
customer, the cost of return shipping back to us will be
the customer’s responsibility and will also have a 25%
restocking fee. Orders can only be cancelled without
incurring a 25% restocking fee if they are pending or on
backorder status.
EXCHANGE:
All exchanges or returns must be in the original
condition in which they were shipped with labels and
hang tags attached and all packaging intact. The dress
must not be altered, washed or show any signs of wear -
no odors such as cigarettes, perspiration, perfume or
lotion, no deodorant stains, animal hair, spills,
stains, makeup, ink, dirt, snags, rips, tears or stuck
zippers, no sign of wear on the tags, or any other type
of damage. All returns will be carefully inspected when
they are received and if we feel the dress has been worn
or intentionally damaged, it will be disqualified for
exchange or credit and we will charge a 50% restocking
fee. If the customer wishes the item to be returned to
them, it will be at their expense.
REFUND:
Refunds are issued as store credit only, valid for one
year. All refunds will be at the discretion of Beach
Bride based on the criteria outlined below in the
exchange and return policies and procedures.
RETURN:
A careful inspection is performed by us prior to
shipping, but if you should receive damaged merchandise
you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Once your
return has been received and an inspection reveals the
item to be damaged or flawed from the factory, we will
refund your shipping and exchange it for the same item
and size, with no restocking fee or shipping charge, as
long as the item is available. If it is unavailable, you
will be given a store credit to use toward a different
style with no shipping charge or restocking fee.
To be eligible for
return, please inspect all packages and their contents
as soon as they are received and notify us of any damage
within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Please note,
any return that does not follow our procedures in a
timely manner will not qualify for a return. This return
policy does not apply to any sale, clearance or special
item merchandise – all sales on those items are final.
All returned and
exchanged items must pass our inspection and be
determined to be in the condition in which they were
originally shipped. Customers will be notified if any
items fail our inspection and no refund will be
processed. If the customer chooses to keep the
merchandise instead, they will be responsible for the
cost of re-shipping. Returns may take 15-20 business
days to process. Beach Bride will not be responsible for
loss or damage of shipments customers return to us.
Sale, Clearance or
Special Item merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return
or exchange for any reason. All sales are FINAL on any
of these items.
Any exchange or refund
must follow our instructions detailed in the RETURN
PROCEDURES below.
To return merchandise for
exchange or refund you must email us at
returns@beachbrides.com to obtain a Return
Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 days of the delivery
date.
We will send you an email
with the RAN and the return package MUST be shipped back
to us with a postmark within 5 days of the RAN being
issued.
It is recommended that
you return packages to us with a return receipt or
tracking number from the mailer for your protection
since we are not responsible for packages lost in
shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return
shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the
return is due to our error.
Merchandise returned
without a RAN, or more than 10 days past the original
delivery date, will not be exchanged or refunded.
If the exchange or return
meets the requirements of our return policy, a refund or
exchange will be processed. The following conditions
must be met to be eligible for exchange or refund:
RETURN PROCEDURES:
- Request a RAN by
email within 2 days of the delivery. Delivery date
is the date our tracking information indicates the
package was delivered to the customer’s address.
- Package must be
postmarked for return within 5 days of issuing the
RAN.
- RAN must be written
on the outside of the package under customer’s
return address.
- If you wish to
return the item(s), please complete the Return Form
included in your shipment and enclose it in the
package you are returning. Be sure to write the RAN
you are given on the Return Form.
- If you wish to
exchange the item(s), please complete the Exchange
Form included in your shipment and enclose it in the
package you are returning. Be sure to write the RAN
you are given on the Exchange Form.
- All exchanges and
returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee, unless
it is determined to be our error.
- All merchandise
being exchanged due to a flaw from the factory will
be replaced with the same item, style, size and
color with no restocking fee. If the same
replacement item is not available, no restocking fee
will apply and a refund in the form of store credit
will be issued.
- Customer pays all
shipping charges, unless it is due to our error.
- We reserve the right
to inspect all returns for damages prior to exchange
or refund. Merchandise must be in new and original
shipped condition. It cannot show signs of wear,
alteration or damage of any sort, and must have all
original packing.
- No exchange or
refund will be processed for merchandise that has
been worn or damaged by the customer (alteration,
stains, smells, rips, etc.), or if the return is
postmarked back to us more than 10 days after the
original tracking delivery date.
- We DO NOT accept
exchanges or returns on sale, clearance or special
item merchandise.
Use of this website
constitutes your acceptance of our terms and conditions
and your agreement to be bound by them. We reserve the
